Classes take place in candlelight, music has been chosen to boost your mood, and words of encouragement adorn the walls. The trainers aren’t there to scream in your face, and instead they motivate and push you with their upbeat enthusiasm.
It’s not just about relentless cycling either, as you’ll find yourself on the handlebars doing tricep dips, grabbing a set of dumbbells to work your upper body, and closing your eyes and cycling to your own rhythm as a more chilled-out song comes on. This is a full-body workout we can’t get enough of.
